Self-responsible management and tax of infrastructure projects in the field of railway infrastructure from planning to commissioning Conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordination with internal and external partners, authorities, engineering offices and construction companies including interface management Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in their own team as well as coordination of team-internal resource use Monitoring the project targets in the team with a view to quality, costs and dates Ensure compliance with legal, technical and web-specific requirements, e.g. EBO and BOStrab, as well as customer advice on organizational and technical issues in the project process Acquiring new customers and projects as well as creating and negotiating offers

Completed studies in civil engineering, transport, transport engineering, transport engineering, railways, environmental engineering, economic engineering, project management or a comparable qualification at least eight years of professional experience in project management or project management of railway or infrastructure projects; Experience in controlling several phases of a project cycle Knowledge of the control and implementation of construction projects and relevant standards and regulations, such as HOAI, VOB and AHO Technical understanding of web-specific topics such as track construction, construction engineering, roadway, bridges, overhead lines, signaling technology or noise protection measures Experience in the disciplined leadership, development and management of teams in complex project areas Affinity for digital tools Strongly pronounced abstraction capacity, communication and leadership as well as ability to bring together different stakeholders readiness to travel within Germany
