You will be part of the Process Analysis & Transition department in the field of Operations Development. Colleagues of the department ensure that the end-to-end processes of our service platform - the totality of the IT applications and interfaces used in customer service - are technically correct, efficient and regulatoryly resilient. You accompany the implementation of professional requirements and ensure that changes, releases and stock migrations are structured and sustainably transferred to the operational operation. As Senior Transition Manager, make sure that the changes developed by the process analysts are seamlessly integrated into the operational operation, both in the daily business and in the context of projects and in particular stock migrations. You plan and control the technical introduction management closely linked to the technical migration project (in the context of inventory acquisitions), analyze interfaces and data gaps, develop sustainable solution concepts and design cutover and implementation plans. You carry out delta analyses and workshops, prepare complex issues for addressing and ensure quality, operational capability and compliance - always in close cooperation with IT, departments and project management.

Successfully completed studies (e.g. economics, insurance, mathematics, computer science) or insurance Multiannual experience with the analysis of end-to-end processes of a life insurance - in-house or in a consulting company Confidence with the operational procedures of a life insurance and with the relevant regulatory requirements Experience gained in Transition Management / Introduction Management at the interface between Business and IT Found experience with cooperation on or management of projects Ideal, but not absolutely necessary: Experience in software testing Safe handling of JIRA and Confluence Secure handling of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (C2)
