For our headquarters in Oberhausen we are looking for an experienced group leader (m/w/d) for our creditor accounting for Covivio Immobilien GmbH and the associated companies.

This position offers you versatile, exciting tasks in which not only self-employment and analytical thinking is required, but also a wide range of views on the processes of an internationally oriented company.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned group of creditors with about 14 employees Implementation of process developments and optimizations, development of measures and success controls Control and perception of the shortening of invoices and discount deductions as well as timely and timely settlement of the modernization measures of our entire portfolio Self-employed audit with all related responsibilities including first contact person:in for our specialist departments regarding invoice processing Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Timely input, output and execution of the machine money output for the entire real estate group, including monitoring/regulating the data exchange with the treasury Working in exciting SAP subprojects – Conversion to SAP S/4 HANA

successfully completed commercial training with several years of professional experience; Alternatively, a successfully completed economic study with the focus on accounting At least 3 years of disciplinary and professional leadership experience Extensive knowledge of creditor accounting, desirable in real estate Very good knowledge in the structuring and organization of the creditoric work processes as well as in process and project management Good knowledge of IT applications, especially in SAP – desirable S/4 HANA (for creditor accounting) Self-employed and structured working methods with analytical thinking and communication skills and solution orientation
