Lean Manager (m/f/d)

As Lean Manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in the development and optimization of value-creating and administrative processes. The focus is on identifying and implementing measures to increase efficiency and the sustainable anchoring of lean principles throughout the company. The activities are carried out in close cooperation with production, quality, logistics and other specialist areas. Identification, planning and implementation of projects to increase productivity Development and introduction of standards for continuous improvement in cooperation between production, quality and logistics Definition of suitable indicators for measuring and evaluating optimization measures Development of existing Lean methods such as Shopfloor management, 6S and value flow analyses Establishing a Lean Culture at all Organisational Levels Coordination with relevant specialist areas and direct reporting to the factory management Participation in multi-site Lean initiatives and training of employees in Lean methods

Complete technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function, e.g. Lean Manager (m/w/d) or TPM Manager (m/w/d) Knowledge of common Lean methods and experience in their practical application Experience in project management and leadership of interdisciplinary teams Structured, analytical method as well as pronounced implementation strength and hands-on mentality Communication and moderation competence in dealing with different hierarchical levels Good knowledge of English
