At the closest possible time, we are looking for a dedicated strategic buyer (m/w/d) to complement the sympathetic purchasing team at a newly created growth point. In your role, you will work on strategic shopping topics, find synergies and create efficiency with a purchase volume of 50 million. EUR p.a.. By looking over the edge of the plate you can get real cost reductions without having to accept qualitative losses. Beyond your area, you can help shape structures and optimize processes.

In our search we address candidates (m/w/d) with experience in purchasing in the area of hotel industry, gastronomy and/or the food industry. More important than many years of experience in purchasing are a profound knowledge in the field of food & beverage coupled with strategic thinking.

Developing and implementing purchasing strategies (cost reduction, make-or-buy analyses) Defining criteria for supplier evaluation and selection Implementation of price and contract negotiations Continuous optimization of contracts and conditions Construction and maintenance of the supplier network Design of supply contracts Conducting market analyses and compiling evaluations and reporting and deriving recommendations for action Support for project management and acquisition of own projects
