In four offices, our 70 employees are fully involved in our 15,000 private and corporate customers. In our private customer consulting, you are the first contact person for our private customers and serve them in all service and standard requirements. Our customers are fully advised in the daily banking business, analyse their needs and offer suitable product solutions – flexibly across all communication channels.

These are your tasks: Advice from private customers – from consumer credit, payment transactions, building savings, insurance solutions, simple investment and cooperative products Recognizing customer needs and active addressing suitable products and services Support across all communication channels Ensuring high service quality and positive customer experience Independent processing of service orders and standard applications Supporting our customers in the use of digital banking – from setup to application

Take this with you: Completed training to/from the bank merchant/wife or completed commercial training with experience in the distribution of financial instruments Joy in dealing with people and a pronounced service and sales orientation Openness for digital consulting formats and modern communication Self-employed, structured working and team spirit and commitment
