For our customer management department, we are looking for a customer service provider in our customer center Hannover (m/w/d) for the next possible appointment - as a parent office limited to 30.08.2026 - for use in our customer center in Hannover. You advise and advise our customers on our products (e.g. heat, tenant electricity, electric mobility, photovoltaics etc.). You accept telephone, written and personal customer requests and are responsible for processing or forwarding as well as the solution handling. The general correspondence as well as the completion, acceptance and processing of customer contracts is one of your daily tasks. You enter the customer database and work in our accounting system in Microsoft Navision. You will participate in the organization, execution and maintenance of marketing campaigns. You are working on the continuous improvement of our business processes in customer management.

You have a completed commercial training with professional experience in customer service or in the call center of an energy supplier ideally with further training as an energy specialist. Customer orientation is not a foreign word for you, but the view through the 'customer glasses' is a matter of course for you. The satisfaction of our customers is your motivation and is your first priority. You work service-oriented and with your pronounced communication skills you convince in everyday work. You are a team player and your friendly and open-minded way will help you with the advice and sale of our products. With a high self-initiative you do your work responsibly. You have solid knowledge in dealing with the common Microsoft Office products. English skills are desirable, but no need.
