Senior Specialist Facility Management (m/f/d)

For our Team Real Estate & Facility Management at the Stuttgart site we are looking for reinforcement at the next time. As a central point of contact in the commercial and operational facility management, you can significantly support the development and success of our offices in the South East region. You will gain your experience and expertise and continuously develop it together with us. Your tasks: Technical and operational control: You independently control all FM-relevant services and processes at different locations. From order processing to auditing, you have everything in mind. Strategic co-design: In coordination with the team leader FM, you will participate in decisions on building and area management as well as space, function and equipment. Sub-cost accounting: You are the first contact for landlords and their property management. Project work: With a strong organizational talent and an analytical sense, you can combine day-to-day business and FM projects (e.g. conversion, move, service purchase). First contact person: You are the central interface for employees in the South East region around all FM topics. Regional responsibility: As part of your activity, you will occasionally be on site at one of our locations (such as Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and others) and will ensure a smooth operation in the facility management.

You bring a commercial training, a degree with reference to the facility management / real estate management or comparable to it and can already look back on at least four years of professional experience in facility management or property management. In the control and control of external service providers you are just as experienced as in ongoing building operations. Your structured and self-responsive way of working as well as your high reliability and liability make you a valuable team member.
