Production Manager (m/w/d)

Total responsibility for production management across all departments Leadership and development (e.g. manufacturing, work preparation, maintenance) Control of production planning and processes with a view to efficiency, costs and quality Identification and Implementation of Optimization Potentials (Lean, Automation, Digitization) Close cooperation with the management as well as purchasing, logistics and quality assurance Ensuring timely production in compliance with quality and safety standards Further development of production strategy – focusing on scalability and sustainability

Technical training with further education (e.g. technician, master) or studies in mechanical engineering, production or industrial engineering Multiannual leadership experience in a manufacturing company – ideally in metal processing or mechanical engineering Analytical thinking, hand-on mentality and pronounced communication skills Experience in the field of Lean Production / CVP of advantage Safe handling of ERP systems and a good understanding of production indicators
