Independent Business Unit Controlling: Responsibility for financial management, analysis and optimization of a business unit Planning and reporting: creation of budgets, forecasts and financial reports in cooperation with the business units Cost analyses: Conduct detailed analyses to identify potential savings and optimize processes Performance monitoring: monitoring of business performance based on KPIs and deriving concrete recommendations for action Strategic cooperation: Close cooperation with management and business leaders to achieve financial objectives and support for strategic decisions Presentation and Communication: Participation in Management Meetings, as well as presentation and communication with our international shareholders Forecasts: Creation of sales, costs and CAPEX prognoses as a basis for decision-making for management Project Controlling: Support and Monitoring of Projects for Budgets, Costs and Financial Targets

Successfully completed studies of business management, financial management or a comparable discipline Experience in controlling, ideally as a business unit controller or in a comparable position Funded knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis and KPI monitoring Safe handling of common ERP systems and MS Excel Analytical thinking and a result-oriented working method Communication strength and ability to present complex financial data in a comprehensible manner Experience in cooperation with management and shareholders is beneficial Very good knowledge of German and English
