As part of the further alignment and scaling of our product organization, we are repositioning the products in our own Chief Product Owner area and are looking for a Chief Product Owner (CPO) with the focus: Network & Datacenter.

Tasks that keep you posted: You know how to make the Product Owner ''bigger than yourself''? Are you working to develop and implement long-term goals and strategies taking into account the corporate objectives? Even in exceptional situations, do you keep an overview and can your product teams always actively support? Then take the booklet in our hands! You are responsible for all aspects of IP networks, network-related services and data center infrastructure. You take over the cross-site leadership of Product Owner in Germany and Austria. You will ensure close and effective cooperation across borders. You support the POs in the development of the derived product vision, strategy and roadmap and make sure You are consistent and scalable – even in an international context. You enable the POs to implement the strategy in their products. Take into account different market requirements, regulatory frameworks and cultural features of the respective countries. You are using guide planks and designing processes to ensure targeted and effective product development. You know what moves us tomorrow: you know the future orientation of the professional clusters and actively shape the business models, taking into account international requirements. In addition, you take measures and impulses to constantly improve our technological solutions. As a Servant Leader, you are responsible for the holistic and continuous development and the international leadership of Product Owner. Ensuring their individual, value-oriented and forward-looking development plays a central role – regardless of the location. You establish a multi-site culture of cooperation and create a positive environment that allows the promotion of agile values and principles as well as open feedback and error culture. In cooperation with the Head of you, you are interested in the continuous development of the area and the existing processes. These include portfolio planning processes, structures and guidelines within TPM and their harmonisation across several countries.

You have comprehensive knowledge about the topics and trends of information technology that you use with innovativeness, entrepreneurial thinking, and for product vision. A quick understanding in combination with strategic thinking and moderation competence allows targeted transfer services. You have many years of experience in building and operating KRITIS-relevant data centers and network infrastructures. You have several years of experience in product ownership and portfolio management. You can demonstrate demonstrable experience in the disciplinary leadership of distributed international teams as well as in dealing with different cultural practices and framework conditions. You not only have experiences with modern working methods such as Agil and Lean, but also have methodological competence, for example in the field of design thinking. A successfully completed study of economics or (economic) informatics or comparable training. You not only have expertise, but also solid business knowledge and ensure a healthy balance between effectiveness and efficiency. We require fluent knowledge of German as well as knowledge of English in a reliable manner.
