Head of Educational Institutions (m/f/d)

You take over the management of our educational institutions in Karlsruhe and Sinzheim and are responsible for all economic, human and administrative tasks, taking into account the legal requirements and the corporate objectives. You represent the educational institutions in the internal and external relationship, maintain contacts with contractors and cooperation partners and build this network. In addition, the strategic and conceptual further development of the educational portfolio is your responsibility.

You have a bachelor's degree in the commercial or social education sector and an additional educational qualification (e.g. aptitude according to AEVO) or a comparable qualification. In addition to leadership experience, you bring up current knowledge of the training and labour market and are ideally already well connected in the region. A routined handling of digital tools and media is of course for you. As a personality, you are characterized by safe occurrence, customer-oriented, economic thinking and acting, as well as organizational and communication talent and team skills.
