HR Consultant/Payroll Accountant – Payroll & Payroll (m/f/d)

The billing of charges is a core process where accuracy and legal certainty count. As an interface between employees, health insurance companies and authorities, you suggest that charges arrive correctly and on time. The site in Kirchzarten is set up in parttime with 50 to 70% and offers some home office. These are your tasks: Accounting: You make sure the monthly wage and salary billing in the team with coordinated representation Reporting: You process enquiries and notifications to health insurance companies and authorities reliably and on time and pay attention to compliance with all statutory information, certification and reporting obligations Advice: You advise employees and HR colleagues on tax and social insurance issues Evaluations: You will compile statistics and evaluations on time and take part in the annual financial statements Staff services: You wrap up various employee beefits like JobRad and Hansefit and enter them Process optimization: You actively contribute to projects for the continuous optimization of our processes

Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally at least 2 years Legal knowledge: You have very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Tools: You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel, and bring SAP knowledge with you Education: You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff or pay billing, such as an industrial businessman/saleswoman, tax specialist, personnel businessman/saleswoman or payroll/in IHK Working methods: You work independently, precisely and extremely reliably, have the pleasure of supporting colleagues professionally, and are passionate about standardizing, optimizing and digitizing processes German: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing
