Lean Manager (m/f/d)

For our customers from contract logistics, we are looking for an analytical, practice-oriented personality that wants to improve processes sustainably. In this role, you strengthen in-house logistics through the targeted use of established lean methods, optimize existing processes and identify potentials for continuous improvements. With your commitment, you drive for smooth logistics processes and thus contribute significantly to significantly higher customer satisfaction. You analyze and optimize our logistics processes along the entire value chain from inbound to intralogistics to outbound. You use Lean methods such as value flow analysis, 5S, Kaizen or Kanban and anchor them in everyday life. You recognize improvements, implement them and check their effect. You will develop efficiency, quality and economy. You are planning trainings and workshops and teaching methods of lean management. You promote knowledge transfer and work closely with customer interfaces and internal areas.

You have a degree in logistics, economic engineering, production technology or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded lean knowledge and have already successfully implemented lean projects. You think analytic and work structured. You are motivating tasks and actively implementing changes. You communicate clearly, moderately safe and enjoy working with different teams. You use common IT tools securely, for example MS Office or SAP. Experience with digital logistics solutions is helpful.
