This is your future task: Processing of claims: They are responsible for requesting payments and for carrying out dunning and enforcement procedures. Examination of contradictions: You examine and process contradictions and contradictions that are raised against claims. Development of solutions: They develop independent solutions for open demands and set priorities. Treatment of complaints: You process clarification cases and are responsible for complaint management.
