Head of Accounting/Financial Statements (m/f/d)

As a manager, you take on varied leadership tasks with a great team of 16 dedicated employees and actively shape their professional and personal development. In your position, you will develop the principles and guidelines of accounting and accounting processes. You are responsible for the regularity of the accounting and accounting according to the relevant accounting standards, legal requirements and applicable guidelines. You set the time and timely creation of the quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS as well as corresponding reporting. You are a commercial contact for auditors, service providers and the departments. Furthermore, you are an enthusiastic networker and introduces your professional know-how to the E.ON Group World and the E.DIS Group and implements Group projects in your own home. You coordinate and provide the timely and efficient, commercial management for companies of the E.DIS Group. As a manager, you discover talents and inspire, encourage and support your team's employees.

You have a successfully completed business studies (Diplom/Master) with the focus on accounting, accounting or accounting, as well as the knowledge of the energy industry as possible. You have ideally already gained management or leadership experience. Looking over your own rim, questioning yourself in everyday life and reflecting your own guiding style is of course for you. Extensive experiences, especially in terms of financial, structural and strategic assessments and deductions, as well as a high analytical wealth, are part of your overall package.
