• You are responsible for the coordination of employees in the layer assigned to you.

• As a coach (m/w/d) and mentor (m/w/d), you motivate your employees to join new colleagues from the first day and inspire them to reach and surpass the agreed targets.

• In this context, you promote the potential of each individual and contribute to the further development of the entire team.

• Together with your colleagues, you develop solutions for the continuous optimization of workflows and processes.

• They are responsible in a strong team, for loading and unloading of trucks, as well as for compliance with legal cargo and hazardous goods regulations.

• You analyse relevant daily characteristics and evaluations for your layer and, if necessary, initiate measures for deviations.

• You have completed training in the field of logistics (for example as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics) or well-founded experience in warehouse logistics.

• You have profound experience in the leadership of employees.

• As a shift leader (m/w/d), you are ready to control both your team and work in day-to-day business.

• They have a good feeling for people and how to motivate them and use them efficiently.
