The design of the future European standard performance market and the efficient procurement of further services required for system operation are of great importance for a permanently safe and efficient power supply and thus the success of the energy transition. Together with the other German and European network operators, the team’s staff members develop tailored solutions for the various system services. This makes this job interesting for me: Together with the team's control performance, I drive forward effective changes and bring the energy transition forward with new solutions. Specifically, the aim of the field is to solve the challenges of the energy transition in system operation by products purchased from the market. For this purpose, I support the further development of the European tendering platform IP RL (regelperformance.net). As a business analyst, I model and maintain our business architecture, accept business requirements and identify implementation options taking into account optimal process processes and innovative data usage concepts. I play a key role in the development of the product strategy and am an important part of our stable cross-functional product team. I work closely with the professional managers and the relevant product owners. On the way to the “Digital TSO” I profit from the possibilities and freedoms of a transformation process.
