For several decades, the organisation has been engaged in humanitarian aid, development cooperation, educational work and intercultural dialogue. With projects in numerous countries, it works with local partner organisations as well as volunteers from different cultures. The focus is on sustainable support for disadvantaged population groups, promoting self-responsibility and strengthening local structures. To strengthen the finance team at the head office in the Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis, we are looking for a strong personality with strategic vision and operational proximity. Account Manager (m/w/d) You assume the technical responsibility for finance. The takeover of disciplinary responsibility is planned after a successful incorporation.

You bear the overall responsibility for accounting. These include ensuring proper accounting and efficient and transparent processes. You are responsible for asset management as a whole. You ensure a structured management and sustainable development of the assets. You systematically expand internal controlling and develop it strategically. You establish suitable control instruments and provide resilient decision bases. You control the annual accounts in close cooperation with external tax advisors. In doing so, coordinate all relevant processes and ensure a smooth process. You coordinate budget planning and create consolidated budgets. You accompany budget implementation and create transparency on plan and actual numbers. You regularly report to the management and other relevant contact persons. Your reports are well-founded, address-oriented and decision-oriented.
