Your post: You run an international team of developers, quality assurance, DevOps and Scrum Mastern through the agile development process.

You take care of the incorporation, training and further development of employees and define recruitment standards and processes.

You’re scaling the agile processes within the department, sharing the team in three independent Scrum teams and integriering international colleagues.

You coordinate and implement the technical requirements and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration into the existing system landscape.

You will also design and prepare the Executive Board decision for partial decryption and take the technical implementation and verification.

That's what you bring: Completed training, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d), or studies in IT, e.g. computer science, or software engineering

Detectable experience in managing Scrum development teams, using Scrum methods, and the ability to motivate and guide a team

Detectional experience in desktop development in frontend, backend, or also full stack

Knowledge in the relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS / SASS and JavaScript or TypeScript, Java, Go), experience in DevOps and Cloud as well as analytical thinking skills and problem solving skills, complete your profile

Strong communicative skills, team orientation and very good German and English skills
