For the field of technology and construction, we are looking for a department manager (m/w/d) for the Department of Supply Technology at the next possible time, in full time. The Supply Technology department is directly responsible for the Technology and Construction department management. 6 units with approx. 50 employees including an outside office, the Medical Campus South.

(m/w/d) in the Department of Supply Technology Responsibility for safe and trouble-free operation and maintenance of supply equipment Responsibility for repair work Participation in smaller conversion projects Technical support of the project management department for larger projects Support for management and participation in the creation of the economic plan Contact person for authorities in relation to supply systems Support in the development of specifications for supply systems for a forward-looking, sustainable and safe large-scale hospital with innovative approaches Optimization of supply systems in terms of energy consumption and reliability Interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of technology and construction Budget-responsibility for resources in responsibility Participation in Energy and Environmental Management (ISO 50001), Support for Energy Manager

Completed engineering studies (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor) in the field of Supply Technology or Hospital Engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in responsible technical functions Good knowledge of public procurement and contract law, the VOB and the generally accepted rules of technology Safe handling of permits and test requirements Basic knowledge of HOAI and building law Knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines for supply systems Experience in the control and documentation of maintenance and maintenance work Willingness to continue Safe handling of MS Office products Cooperative leadership, high social competence and high enforcement capacity Designed and opened Reliability, care, resilience and stress competence Embossed schedule and cost awareness Safe and reputable appearance and confidentiality and loyalty Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to participate in our engineer's readiness driving licence class B
