Legal Assistant (m/f/d)

In your new role in Europe's largest housing group, you support the management of corporate law and operational law in day-to-day business and are the first point of contact with questions relating to organisational and technical issues. You organize general office procedures (termination, accessibility by telephone, billing, incoming and outgoing mail, telephone traffic control, travel planning and billing, collection of signatures) You ensure the preparation and follow-up of meetings, the preparation and maintenance of data and overviews, as well as the creation and visualization of presentations You are in close contact with the employees of other departments and external service providers:inside (e.g. notaries, authorities, etc.) and contractors:inside You have the opportunity to support exciting projects

You have successfully completed your commercial training or your studies and can already demonstrate professional experience in a comparable position As a person with expertise in your field, you know that discretion and a high degree of diplomatic skill are of the utmost importance in dealing with bodies. You therefore understand how to communicate correctly and to engage in different interviews Your self-confident appearance, your very good way of dealing and your feeling of finger – especially on matters relating to the Supervisory Board, Executive Board and Executive Board – You for the right occupation for us With your strong organizational skills, you can always keep an overview even at term printing Your independent and analytical way of working and thinking, the safe handling of the MS Office package and your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
