Focus on strategy: You conduct, implement and optimise our national and international social media strategy – always in line with our corporate and brand vision. Developing local approaches: You know the needs of our target groups like no other and develop tailor-made approaches for different markets that perfectly match current trends. Content with effect: The responsibility for our content strategy is in your hands. You implement platform-specific campaigns that inspire and move. Performance at a glance: You monitor the performance of all our social media channels – both nationally and internationally – and you continually opt for them. Rethinking Community Management: You continue to develop our community management and focus on engagement and innovative approaches. Team player with overview: You work closely with our marketing, digital and sales teams to ensure consistent and strong brand communication. Budget Responsibility: You plan and control our social media budget and use it specifically. Leadership: You run professionally, develop and motivate a 3-person team and create an inspiring working atmosphere.

You have a successful degree in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification. After your studies, you have several years of experience in developing and implementing international social media strategies, ideally focusing on the German market. In addition, you could already gain first leadership experiences or want to go the next step. You have demonstrable successes in social media performance management and in KPI-controlled optimization. A deep understanding of social media trends, platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Twitch) and tools as well as enthusiasm for innovative approaches is of course for you. You have a proven affinity & experience in the FMCG industry or even best in the beauty industry. Excellent analytical, strategic and communicative skills as well as knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
