Senior Project Manager

Project management & management: independent planning, coordination and implementation of national projects and programmes of all kinds. Planning, preparation, coordination and organisation of meetings, workshops and other project-related events with earnings assurance. Creative design of presentations and interactive dashboards for clear status reports on all levels. providing administrative support for the daily project tasks. Active communication and coordination between different teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the project objectives. Identification of trends and implementation of modern approaches to the continuous improvement of PM methods based on classic project management and in addition to agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Further development of colleagues in project teams and the training of standards in project work to other areas of expertise.

Completed studies in the field of IT or engineering, alternatively completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field and multiannual professional experience with classic or agile PM methods Sovereign appearance, pronounced communication skills and consulting skills with regard to different target groups and stakeholders Insufficient experience in dealing with Jira, Confluence and MS Project Self-employed working, organisational skills and rapid understanding of complex issues Implementation strength with ''Hands-on-Mentality'' fluent knowledge of German and English Teamplayer with fun at learning
