Pharmacist in Internship (PhiP) (m/f/d)

You gain deep insights into the Pharamzeutic technology and analytics Participation in building a new GMP (support in building the GLP laboratory, creation of SOPs etc.) You can gain first insights into formulation development, process development, optimization of OSD forms (Oral Solid Dosage) You can support our team with the successful implementation of new formulations for international pharmaceutical companies and get to know our latest technologies, such as the FECPS + FE55 continuous direct pressing systems You participate in the further development of analytical evaluation strategies and databases and contribute to data-based process evaluation You support the planning, implementation and evaluation of internal application tests and launch test protocols and presentations for international customers In our powder and tablet laboratory, you analyze samples, check existing methods and start or rework SOPs You support the Factory Acceptance tests and get to know the application technology spectrum from order acquisition to customer acceptance of the machines In addition, you undertake the task of predicting powder behavior via detailed powder characterization, as well as the integration of the relevant measured values / powder properties into our database You work with the development of our analytical services, for example when analyzing the content uniformity of tablets (by HPLC or NIR)

You are studying pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology or a comparable course of study, want to complete your practical year (PJ) in the industry and already brings previous knowledge in the fields of process engineering, pharmaceutical technology or laboratory analysis with Process engineering understanding with a focus on pharmaceutical-technological processes (tableting, continuous metering or mixing) is desirable Knowledge of methods of powder and tablet analysis is desirable incl. HPLC and NIR You have a good understanding of physico-chemical relationships and data interpretation and combine them with pharmaceutical-technological questions You work structured, analytical and independent and enjoy the interface between laboratory, technology and data analysis Good English knowledge of word and writing
