Office organisation or coordination Interface between the team and the area management Processing documentation and reporting tasks General office activities Assistance and cooperation of the Head of Service, especially in the organisation, tracking and documentation of project progress Processing of technical tasks, e.g. support in evaluations, audits or planning documents Creation and testing of scales, cooperation in settlements and maintenance of project-related documents and technical documentation

Completed commercial vocational training or completed technical training, e.g. as plant mechanic SHK, electrician, electronics for energy and building technology or vergleichba Embossed organizational talent High initiative, care and reliability Joy in different tasks and good understanding Secure handling of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Insufficient practical experience in the technical or commercial field Technical understanding is advantageous Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
