Development and implementation of scalable software solutions with C#, .NET Framework/Core and focus on telephony and contact center as well as transfer of business and technical requirements into well-structured, manageable and testable code Take technical coordination within the development team, including active guidance and mentoring of less experienced software developers Participation in the development of generic AI solutions (GenAI) and the associated integration layers such as APIs and data pipelines to ensure software quality Development of interactive processes in a Contact Center solution, such as callflows or callflow designers, as well as services between ERGO systems and cloud solutions (Windows Services, Windows Forms, ASP.NET MVC, API Service) Close cooperation with Requirements Engineers, Test Engineers and Solution Architects in an agile product team and take over the professional leadership in implementing complex tasks
Complete studies in computer science, software development or a comparable field as well as at least 5 years of experience in software development and design in complex IT environments Good knowledge of C# or Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL/TSQL (Microsoft SQL Server), Visual Studio and ideally experience with Genesys Cloud API, AWS-Lambda, Active Directory, Azure DevOps Good knowledge of the SIP protocol and Contact Center solutions, preferably Genesys Cloud/Engage, AWS-Cloud Experience with agile methods and work in agile product teams, pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on high-quality, safe and efficient software Excellent communication and cooperation skills (Level B2) in German and English
