As a central interface for product master data, you can ensure that clean, reliable and system-based perfectly structured data are created from complex product information. This provides the basis for efficient processes, successful products and a future-oriented digitalization. In close cooperation with IT and departments, you actively shape the digital development of our company. Your tasks:

You bring structure into complexity: you’re leaning, preparing and continuously developing product master files, piece lists and work plans in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. Numbers are not a self-interest for you: maintenance of production cost calculations and support in cost determinations in internal projects. You are in demand: As a contact person for product data, you can support sales as well as other areas of expertise in issues relating to product dimensions and system-related relationships. From the idea to the article: You take the systematic collection of new products and actively accompany product development projects from the concept phase to the final system. You take responsibility: You plan, design and guide yourself (partial) projects in the field of Product Master Data. Configuration with system: The creation, maintenance and optimization of configuration articles ensures a correct and consistent image in the system. Use data smart: For efficient structuring and processing of large amounts of data, you continuously develop concepts and optimize the use of suitable tools.

Experience meets curiosity: Ideally you bring 2–3 years of professional experience in product data management, in work preparation or in a comparable function. System understanding: You have experience in handling ERP systems and databases, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You think in processes: You are characterized by analytical thinking, a pronounced technical understanding and a high IT affinity. Structure is your success factor: A careful, structured way of working with high quality standards is characterized by you. Safe in the Daily Business: Very good MS-Office-365 knowledge (especially Excel) and very good English skills.
