Craftsmen for several accommodations for refugees (m/f/d)

For more than 30 years, we, the Maltese Works, have been supporting governments and municipalities to humanly accommodate and maintain refugees. We create perspectives by preparing refugees for their new life in Germany and accompanying them on their individual path.

For our support facilities in the Harburg district, we are looking for support for our team as soon as possible.

All maintenance and repair work around the facility (with focus on garden and landscape construction incl. Winter service as well as sanitary work and occasional carpenter, masonry, electrical work) Regular control of inhabited areas (control of heating, sanitation, fire extinguishers, electrical installations) Documentation of all defects and their independent remedy Regular control of the rooms for re-occupancy with regard to painting repair and for all technical equipment of the facility

A successfully completed training in a craft sector or comparable, multiannual professional experience in the technical field Knowledge of the maintenance and maintenance of buildings and technical installations Personal commitment and joy in dealing with people from different cultures A team-oriented, flexible and targeted action An independent, structured and trusted way of working The willingness to work as a jumper in several facilities Class B driving licence
