What makes us think? We operate several management systems in the DSV Group holding, including information security and data protection (short: ISDS), which has been lived and developed as an integrated management system since 2015. Our internal consultation and auditing as well as risk assessments are to take place from a casting. We use a professional and modern GRC software to manage our tasks and want to further expand them to further promote integrated management and synergies. We operate in the holding company and all DSV Group subsidiaries in the 2nd. line according to three-line model of the IIA. Thematic diversity and cross-disciplinary thinking are on the agenda. The DSV Group has more than it seems: we combine the topics of payment, medial offering and software development under one roof. As a regulatory and risk management area, we have a direct reporting path to the Chairman of the Management Board of the DSV Group. We advise and audit all hierarchical levels up to top management, which supports us with advice and action. We'll take your hand. Our Regulatorik team consists of experienced and communicative employees of different age groups with some more than 10 years of relevant expertise. You have fun in complex banking regulators, keep up-to-date changes with regard to data protection and artificial intelligence and actively propose improvements to the implementation of these topics. You support and represent the Group Data Protection Officer in the tasks of Group Data Protection (e.g. in the treatment of data protection incidents, ensuring the rights of the data subjects, drafting data protection reports or data protection advice) and regularly agree with the information security and operational data protection. You continuously develop the data protection standards, e.g. with regard to the templates for contract processing contracts and data protection notices. You support and represent the commissioner for Artificial Intelligence in implementing internal regulations to achieve AI compliance. You represent the DSV Group, after consultation with the Head of Division, in committee work on the implementation of Regulatorics within the Sparkassen Financial Group and prepare documents for the management in this respect.

You bring knowledge of your studies in law or computer science or comparable, successfully completed vocational training or further qualification. You have gained several years of professional experience in the field of data protection according to GDPR and BDSG and ideally AI compliance. You have gained professional experience in a regulatory, compliance or governance function in the regulated environment (e.g. critical infrastructure, banking regulatory). You bring a basic understanding of the work in the three-line model of the IIA (here: 2nd line). You have pronounced communication and presentation capabilities for stakeholders at all hierarchical levels. You have fun in analytical thinking and set a high level of quality on your work results. You have ideally obtained a certification with a data protection reference (e.g. a verified DSB).
