Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Description Your mission You take over the current financial accounting of our freelance sales partners:inside (no internal company accounting).

You are the first contact person for the sales partners:inside for all accounting and tax questions – and accompany them from the start of business to requests and communication with authorities.

For smooth payment, you keep the financial flows in mind and take care of bank and cash movements.

You create and discuss commission bills, prepare profit forecasts and tax pre-calculations and explain facts easily and intelligibly.

You prepare annual accounts according to trade and tax law and work closely with tax advice and audit.

You take care of sales tax issues, accounting, and make sure that all transactions are correctly displayed.

You actively contribute to making processes transparent, safe and efficient

Qualifications Your profile You have a completed training as a tax specialist:r, office clerk or brings experience in financial accounting.

You are characterized by analytical thinking and an excellent understanding of accounting and tax relationships.

You are experienced in the care of Mandant:inside and in discussions with our sales partners:inside, financial offices and authorities.

MS Office – especially Excel – is part of everyday life for you, ideally you have experience with “Addison”.

You work in a structured and self-responsible manner – and you always keep an overview.

Communication is your strength – you control German at least at C1 level. As a team player:in addition to expertise, you also bring a positive radiance and a healthy portion of humor.
