As a Creative Designer (m/w/d), you are responsible for designing and designing visual content for various marketing campaigns, social media posts, websites, studies and other advertising materials As a specialist and strategic partner (m/w/d) you're greedy. Stakeholders in cooperation with other marketing teams as well as Sales colleagues (m/w/d) to understand design requirements and to develop creative solutions with start-up mentality To ensure that our work is always up-to-date and innovative, you take responsibility for the branding and visual identity of our brand and its further development with global counterpart through constant observation and research of current design trends This also includes the responsibility of targeted and efficient implementation of projects, from idea finding to end production and compliance with schedules Through your creative veins you create an impressive brand image by creating extraordinary ideas through organized brainstorming as well as inspiration and innovation formats You are also responsible for the collaborative development of visual concepts, storyboards and systems in the field of brand and service production for a variety of event formats and campaigns of different magnitudes, as well as the success measurement of these

In addition to a completed training or study with the focus on communication, graphics or media design, you have several years of relevant professional experience in a company and/or agency in the field of fire/design marketing You bring a strong interest in AI-used design tools and have a real passion for innovation. In addition, you bring very good knowledge of the application of Adobe Creative Suite layout and graphics programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects) You are passionate, creative and have a sensational eye for design and are strategic and conceptual in thinking and acting Furthermore, you are expressive and therefore text- and presentation-proof in German and English Ideally, you could already gain experience in organizing and performing shootings Please let us also give meaningful work samples, most preferably campaign concepts you have created holisticly.
