Turning of demanding individual parts and small series for ultrasonic welding applications Racks, setup and operation of CNC lathe centers (DMG MORI CTX) Implementation of quality and measurement controls Reading and implementing technical drawings Optimization of machining processes, tool strategies and CNC programs Organization of material and tool handling

Completed vocational training for machining mechanic or comparable training Good German knowledge Experience in CNC turning, ideally on machines of the DMG MORI CTX series Knowledge of CNC programming (DIN/ISO-G code) Knowledge with Siemens SINUMERIK 840D and ShopTurn desirable Experience in setting up and optimizing CNC lathes Teamability and a precise, result-oriented way of working with high quality and responsibility Flexibility for work in two-shift operation
