• You are qualified: You are interested in an activity as a welder (m/w/d). A completed training is desirable but not necessary.

• Experience counts: You bring experience in WIG welding or other welding processes or are ready to develop in this area.

• Flexibility: You are ready to work in a shift system (day, early, late and, if necessary, night shift) to ensure smooth production

• Motivation and commitment: You want to develop in a dynamic environment, expand your welding skills and discover new professional perspectives.

• Additional qualifications: A stapler certificate is desirable, but not absolutely necessary.

• Precise WIG welding: You are responsible for the WIG welding of metal parts to ensure high fit accuracy and functionality.

• Apply WIG welding methods: You choose and serve the right WIG welding devices and techniques to connect metal parts professionally and securely.

• comply with safety regulations: Attention to all safety-relevant requirements in WIG welding and handling of materials is your first priority to ensure a safe working environment.

• Ensure quality: You pay attention to a precise and careful execution of your WIG welding work to ensure the quality and perfect functionality of the welded metal products.
