for road and civil engineering Development of construction measures of engineering and special construction Recognizing and Tracking Subsequents Organisation of construction planning and monitoring and control of results Calculation and acquisition of own projects, offer processing and advice of customers regarding advantageous technical solutions Organizing and managing construction meetings, carrying out contract negotiations and conflict solutions Personnel and equipment deployment planning and management of technical trainees and younger construction managers

Complete studies in civil engineering Multiannual professional practice or completed construction-related training Knowledge and experience in building law and VOB as well as in contracting, costing and post-contracting Good user knowledge of MS Office Entrepreneurial thinking and engagement, reliability and negotiation skills Team spirit, enforcement ability and an independent, careful working style
