You learn the basics of modern cuisine, from preparation to dressing. Whether in À-la-carte-service, banquet or front-cooking – you will be used in many ways. Our professionals accompany you with honest feedback and lots of experience. Your training lasts 3 years – a shortening to 2.5 years is possible with good performance.
