In this position you take over the professional management of the CNC department of our production facility in Neuaubing near Munich. This includes, in particular, the following areas of activity: Organisation, coordination and monitoring of daily production processes Programming of components with CAD/CAM Ensuring timely, qualitative and economic production Racks, setup and operation of CNC machines Optimization of processing processes and continuous improvement of production processes Monitoring compliance with quality standards, work instructions and safety regulations Support in the incorporation and professional guidance of employees Close cooperation with production management, work preparation and quality assurance Implementation of fault analyses and introduction of appropriate corrective measures Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area

Complete training in metalworking, e.g. as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Further training for technician/master desirable Multiannual professional experience in CNC manufacturing Experience in setting up, operating and ideally programming CNC machines First experience in a professionally leading function of advantage Excellent quality awareness and technical understanding Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability, Enforcement and Responsibility Ready for shiftwork, if necessary
