In our team we design and optimize the processes in the health, life and accident insurance sector for the contract service of our customer service centres across Germany. As a central contact person, we develop new regulations and are at our side with our colleagues from the customer service centres in order to ultimately provide the optimal service for our insurers and sales partners. Then get yourself in: As a competent contact person, you are responsible for our customer service: You are professional contact persons for the customer service in the contract service Health Insurance and advise them on complex specialist and process questions. We can rely on your know-how: you process professional competence levies and support questions on procedures from the health insurance system. Optimization of processes gives you pleasure: you develop and optimize processes in the contract service of health insurance and coordinate them with the relevant specialist areas. You keep an overview: you create and maintain specialist and customer service regulations, perform controlling measures and prepare results as well as reports. With your expertise you ensure quality and safety: You work on professional training and process data protection inquiries.

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or a comparable training with relevant professional experience. Experience: You have already gained professional experience in the field of health insurance and in particular in the field of application processing and inventory management. Knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge of the health insurance processes. Personality: You convince with their strong communication and team skills and bring a high level of commitment and self-initiative.
