Metallbauer/Blechschlosser (m/w/d)

Your task area

Preparing and manufacturing of components

• Cutting and finishing of components (laser parts and individual blanks)
• Edges and rolls of materials as required
• Creation of settlements according to drawing
• Testing the components to dimensional accuracy by list and drawing, if necessary Straightening (cold or with flame)

Welding work

• Preparation of welds
• Setting and welding of large and small constructions by WIG or MAG method
• Defining the sequence of staples taking into account dimensional accuracy, distortion and stability
• Grinding and smoothing of welds after completion
• Self-fulfilment of correction and reworking

Assembly and construction

• Construction of components and assemblies according to the drawing, possibly using devices
• Adjustment and assembly of disguises and other machine elements

Quality assurance and organization

• Installation of installations according to requirements and coordination
• Control and monitoring of workflows in the workplace
• Defining the order sequence within the production plan
• Tracing and repairing cause of error in cooperation with AV / Technical Area
• Participation in the optimization of productivity and capacity metrics and their preparation and presentation
• Ensuring compliance with predetermined quality and performance indicators

• Complete training for metal-builders or similar qualifications
