Senior Manager – Web, UX & Design (m/f/d)

Conception, design and continuous optimization of web applications (website, webshop, customer portal, help center) with focus on usability and user experience Development of design concepts as well as structure and user management of web applications as a basis for technical implementation in close coordination with other departments deriving concrete improvement measures based on existing performance evaluations for conversion optimization Conception & graphical implementation of marketing and communication materials for online and print media Ensuring a consistent appearance and further development of our visual brand world Structured care of our company documents of different areas such as marketing, development, sales Support in the planning, implementation and organisation of cross-media campaigns based on marketing strategy

You have a relevant university education or a comparable qualification (DQR level 4) You have practical experience in a comparable marketing position for at least five years You have a good feel for UI/UX and digital user management to further develop web applications You have secure graphics skills with popular design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) You draw from a structured, solution-oriented and self-responsive way of working Team skills, communication strength and a hand-on mentality characterize you You are interested in new technologies and trends (e.g. AI)
