We are looking for a motivated Technical Consultant (m/w/d) in indoor and outdoor services for our renowned customer in the Leonberg area. Our customer is a leading IT company known for excellent service and innovative solutions that ensure the smooth operation of their customers. In this role, you advise customers in implementing tailor-made IT system solutions and take over the solution of technical challenges. Your focus is on optimizing IT infrastructure and improving system performance.

Technical Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • You install, maintain and manage the systems directly with our local customers • You process service tickets in the hardware exchange and repair sector • You offer technical support for HHD/MDE/label printers and AutoID hardware solutions • You take care of the management and handling of repairs within the RMA process • You advise, implement and train the customers in the AutoID area • You build digital signage solutions, wait for them and take care of large image displays up to 80” and video walls • You configure OPS-OC systems in the digital signage sector • You support the sales team in hardware consulting – both on site and office

Your qualifications: • A completed training in technology, IT or electrical engineering and interest in adjacent areas • The willingness to work on new technical issues • An independent, solution-oriented approach and strong communicative skills • Joy in working with different customers and the ability to feel comfortable in a dynamic environment • Very good knowledge of German, English are advantageous • readiness to travel about 60% (DACH region and neighbouring European countries) and the readiness to stay regularly (Mo-Fr) • Class B driving licence
