You are our specialist (m/w/d) for space planning analyses in advance of our network construction projects In your role, you conduct room and location analyses and identify areas for the development and construction of our network infrastructure To prepare studies, instruct and coordinate the appropriate service providers To this end, you will develop criteria and methods for evaluating possible site areas or corridor profiles In short, you are the central contact person for spatial planning questions in project development and present your project results confidently to the public, including information events

They have a successfully completed study of spatial planning, landscape planning, geography or a comparable qualification obtained by many years of professional experience. They bring several years of experience in the implementation of spatial and location analyses and have competences in the variant investigation of infrastructure projects and experience with geoinformation systems It distinguishes: team skills, an independent and targeted way of working, and enforcement and persuasiveness They possess knowledge of German and have good linguistic expressiveness They have a class B licence and willingness to travel
