Design of technical solutions: Together with your team, you develop user stories and specialist concepts for the further development of our products, document your results and accompany the implementation. Development of ideas and business models: You work closely with our customers, analyze their requirements and ensure tailor-made solutions. Backlog Management: You prioritise customer value and cost-effectiveness requirements and keeps in mind internal requirements and strategies. Cooperation in the agile team: You exchange with your development team every day and actively contribute to the sharing of knowledge and experience. Process design and optimization: You work on the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, key figures and tools. Quality Assurance: You support test activities and start test cases, test data and test documentation to ensure the quality of our solutions. Your dual study: Depending on the chosen university, you will become a business analysis professional in three and a half years! You have (always) Abitur or Fachabitur. You're interested in IT and business. You're open, communicative and contact-loving. You are curious, detailed and critical of apparent facts. You like to work in an agile team and are committed to topics. You speak fluent German (at least C1) and are good in English.
