You provide a smooth service during the evening service in the dune restaurant. You enter our guests individually and are available as contact persons. You're preparing the Mise-en-place. You book the sales in the box system Matrix. You guide your employees and keep track of the service. You enthuse our guests for the products of the house and actively offer them.
