CRM Inhouse Consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – Salesforce Location: Rosenfeld

Implementation, support and sustainable development of Salesforce's solution as a new CRM platform in the Blickle Group Participation in the strategic orientation, analysis, conception and prioritization of requirements for the CRM system Regular review and optimization of CRM processes and support in the rollouts of the Salesforce platform in our 21 international sales companies Testing, documenting and performing regular training of CRM user processes (remote and on-site) Development and implementation of training programs for users and ensuring effective use of the CRM system Close cooperation with external service providers, specialist departments and the IT department in a cross-functional team to optimize the CRM processes Competent contact for all users nationally and internationally

Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, BWL or Comparative Qualification in Business, Industrial or Computer Science Experience in handling CRM systems, ideally experience in designing and introducing Salesforce as a CRM solution in the B2B area Experience with customer-oriented processes, such as sales, marketing and/or service Experience in project management Self-employed working with sound analytical skills, readiness to use, flexibility and resilience Good English knowledge of word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage High communication capability, enforcement capacity and readiness to travel
