We are a youth aid of the Landkreis Hameln-Pyrmont in Hameln and are looking for a '*n educator' for the educational group service with children and adolescents in the Inobservation group. In our facility we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can demonstrate your expertise.

They have chosen a clear idea of social justice and therefore a specific vocational training to fill their working life with a meaningful activity. They would like to support young people and their families at a Wendepunkt in their lives and together with them realize the participation in life in society.

We offer:

• The working conditions are governed by the public service collective agreement (TVöD-B S8b), which includes, inter alia, VZ:
• Additional pension provision on the Federal and Länder pension fund (VBL).
• Exchangeable and residential and SuE supplement = up to 480,00 € additional/month
• 30 days of fare** 6 days**Additional leave- 2 fully remunerated regeneration days/year- Cycling leasing** on wheel service
• Of course you are supported by regular case-up and training

Your tasks:

• Pedagogical group service within the framework of a defined service plan in interlayer incl. Night, weekend and holiday services.
• organization and design of group everyday and div. Leisure activities
• Advice, support and implementation of the aid planning/clearing process in cooperation with internal and external partners, including youth offices, schools and other institutions
• Biography and genogram work with young people
• Observation and reflection of group dynamic processes and preparation of support documentation and reports
• Participation in team meetings and supervisions

You have / you bring with:

• A completed training as an educator or curative caregiver, incl. state recognition
• Team skills, willingness to take responsibility.
• Communication strength, empathy and a solution-oriented mode of operation
• Driving licence Kl. B
