Part-time receptionist (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the friendly and professional care of our clients and visitors. You are responsible for the always competent acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls and emails in German and English. You are the first point of contact for appointment and room coordination as well as for the provision of presentation technology. You take care of the beverage and catering order in order to ensure the care of guests and employees at any time. You support the organization of events. You process general administrative tasks.

You bring a successfully completed commercial vocational training in hotel/guest or in a comparable area. You have several years of professional experience at reception – preferably in the hotel or consulting environment. She has very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are safe in dealing with Microsoft Office. You are service-oriented, have very good peripheral shapes and a positive, sympathetic appearance.
