The role at a glance As an intern:in (m/w/d) at DENK PHARMA you get a deep insight into the processes of an internationally established family business and actively shape the daily business in an exciting field of expertise. You support your team with fresh ideas, gradually take your own responsibility and contribute to fulfilling our mission: allowing people in more than 80 countries to access high-quality medicines from Germany.

Office Management & Guest Experience Guest management: Reception of international guests and employees cordially personally as well as on the phone, plan and organize the catering and keep our meeting rooms always in a welcoming top condition so that every visit leaves a positive impression of Denk Pharma. Office support: Support in the coordination of service providers, organisation of office materials, ensuring functional and safe office spaces and thus contribute to a professional environment Internal communication: Overnimm searches, structure information and ensure smooth internal coordination Event organisation: Wirke participates in the planning and implementation of internal events and actively contributes to a positive corporate culture Recruiting and Talent Services Young-Talent-Recruiting: Accompanied the entire recruiting process for work students, trainees, trainees & dual students – from job alerts to screening and interview coordination to leading interviews and onboarding Talent acquisition: Identify and test new recruiting channels and language formats for junior talent Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new employees by organising onboarding training Talent Support: Support for testimonials, applicant communication, reporting and maintenance of HR systems and content (e.g. Intranet) HR Development & Projects: Support the training organization and HR (partial) projects and bring your own ideas to process improvement

Studies: ongoing studies (e.g. BWL, economic psychology, communication or comparable) People & Service Mindset: Joy in dealing with people, strong service orientation and intercultural openness Organization & Structure: Ability to control multiple topics in parallel structured and to set priorities First practical experience (of advantage): e.g. in recruiting, HR, office management or service environment Communication: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing MS Office & digital tools: Safe handling and interest to work with digital tools and efficiently design processes Self-initiative & Team spirit: Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy cooperation in a dynamic environment AI Mindset: Interest in using AI tools to optimize talent and office processes Representative appearance: cultivated, professional appearance and sovereign appearance in contact with customers and business partners
