As a Research Scientist, you will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions for acrylic solvent-free pressure-sensitive adhesives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on radical polymerization of polyacrylates, cooperating with experts across disciplines, and bring new chemical concepts to life. If you are passionate about polymeric chemistry and eager to contribute to breakthrough developments, we invite you to be part of our dynamic environment. Develop adhesive building blocks, technology modules, processes, and methods for acrylic solvent-free pressure-sensitive adhesives. Expand expertise in radical polymerization of polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives. Conceive, measured, and implement new scientific concepts in collaboration with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners. Coordinate and implement new chemical concepts at laboratory and pilot scales. Lead independent projects and successful studies within interdisciplinary teams. Support the protection of research and development outcomes through intellectual property (IP) strategies

PhD in Chemistry with expertise in organic synthesis or polymeric chemistry. Initial experience in polymer chemistry, especially in radical polymerization ofacrylates Experience with UV-technology in the context of acrylic is highly desirable Strong laboratory skills, with the ability to evaluate chemical concepts quickly. Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong technical comprehension. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
