Tasks that will inspire you You support our B2B PV Fulfillment Team in day-to-day business and actively contribute to the smooth running of our projects You care and manage project data independently in our project management tool and thus for a reliable information base You bring your own ideas into process optimisation and see the further development of internal structures You plan and coordinate training, meetings and events, so everything is perfectly organised You take over administrative and organizational tasks in the back office and support the team in the background You work closely with internal and external interfaces and ensure a smooth flow of information You create presentations, reports and project-related documents that convince with clarity and precision You take smaller projects and special tasks on your own - you can introduce your organizational and creative skills

A background that convinces us

You are a registered student (m/w/d) in BWL, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject You have gained first experience in commercial processes, project management or administrative activities - a completed training is advantageous You are characterized by a structured, independent and proactive way of working and always have the result in mind You can quickly identify priorities and work forward-looking to successfully implement projects You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), ideally also in MS Access Your German knowledge is at a very good level (at least C1) An environment that motivates you
